It wasn’t that long ago where I found myself struggling mentally, which left me wondering, how the heck am I going to strength with-in myself to get out of this situation.
What I wanted to do is pull my sheets over my head and never come out of bed.
But that’s not an option. I had to accept my reality, my choices, and dig deep inside to keep moving forward.
To find strength with-in you must be consciously aware of yourself and the world around you.
t wasn’t until I actually tried meditating with an open minded approach that I actually experienced the benefits.
Also I learned that Kobe Bryant used meditation daily to start his day and to out-work his competition. This fact inspired me to learn more about meditation.
