But in order to implement all of this you also need to be aware of your strengths and weaknesses. You can start by listing out your strengths and weaknesses yourself, but ultimately you can’t only rely on yourself to judge yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to accurately understand your strengths and weaknesses ask a friend or relative that REALLY knows you to list out yoru strengths and weaknesses.
